I never knew trades could be done before the end of the Playoffs.
Today (Wednesday) The Toronto Raptors sent an under used Jason Kapono to the Philly 76ers for Reggie Evans. The 6'8 Power Forward should add some grit and power to the team, something they have not had since the loss of Charles Oakley.
